At the entrance of a prime lamb producer’s property near Camperdown you may see a TAP corrugated cow, sheep and lamb gracing the gateway. The TAP cows were showcased as a backdrop in the Landline “Farm Studies” story earlier this year and a Camperdown farmer was keen to purchase his own corrugated companions. The Year 11 VCE Product, Technology and Design students researched, designed and manufactured the animals and welcome more orders.
Timboon P-12 School is proudly part of the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program & this is our 4th year of participation and production. Each year the students within their classrooms learn about the garden and keep a patch of earth at school. We now have 2 garden areas which are quite productive & we would like the produce to be shared with all of the students at Timboon P-12 School. Each week the students from Years 4 & 5 will work in the kitchen to produce a yummy menu item for sale at the canteen. Our first pre-ordered meal will be hearty vegetable soup with tiger bread sticks for only $3
